Privacy Policy

Lazemna is a free shopping and checklist app operated by HMT Solutions in Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app on the web, iOS or Android.

You can browse the catalog, open ready-made packs and keep a personal list without signing up. Guest lists, language, theme and app preferences are stored in your browser or device storage only. We cannot read them, and clearing your app data deletes them permanently.

If you create an account we store your email address and password (hashed, never in plain text), and any display name, username or mobile number you choose to add. The mobile number is optional and is used only so people you know can find and invite you.

Lists, list items, quantities, notes, expiry dates, groups and invitations you create are stored in our database so they can sync across your devices and, when you choose, with the group members you invite.

When you join or create a group, other members of that group can see the group lists, the items in them, who added an item and who claimed it. Your display name and avatar initial are visible to them. Invitation links give access to a single group and can be revoked by the group owner or admins at any time.

We keep basic technical records needed to run the service: sign-in times, device push tokens if you enable notifications, and anonymous counts of searches that returned no results so we can improve the catalog. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles.

Push notifications are optional. If you turn them on, we store the notification token for your device so we can deliver alerts about your lists and groups. Turning notifications off in Settings removes the token.

Fast sign-in uses your device's biometric hardware or a passkey. Your fingerprint or face data never leaves your device and is never sent to us — we only store the public key your device generates.

We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. Deleting a list removes it and its items. To delete your whole account and everything in it, contact us and we will remove it within 30 days.

Lazemna is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
